The kitchen, with a dining table for 10 people, is fully equipped and opens out to the poolside terrace with outside dining furniture.
The 12m by 4m fully equipped swimming pool overlooks the sea and is surrounded by terrace and a beautifully planted garden area.
From the spacious living room with its fireplace, cosy settees, flat screen television and stereo equipment, double doors open up to a charming secluded patio.
