Services of our in-house chef

It is possible to engage the services of our in-house, Cordon Bleu School-trained chef. In close consultation with our guests, our chef can prepare for you an intimate dinner, according to your dietary preferences, making use of fresh organic vegetables from our own certified organic gardens, located in the village near the property, and locally-sourced meat, fowl, fish and seafood. The courses of the dinner may also be paired with local wines – both white and red – from internationally-reknowned Tinos vineyards.
